(WNY News Now) – A Falconer woman was charged with criminal tampering following an alleged incident involving a neighbor’s security camera, according to Town of Ellicott Police.

Town of Ellicott Police responded to an ongoing neighbor dispute on July 29, 2026, at about 12:30 p.m.

Police said Natashia Rivera Rosario, 38, of Falconer, was charged with Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree. According to police, Rivera Rosario allegedly tampered with the lens of a security camera owned by a neighbor.

Rivera Rosario was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to answer the charge.

The charge is an allegation, and Rivera Rosario is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
