(WNY News Now) – A 36-year-old Tonawanda man was killed Friday after the motorcycle he was riding collided with another vehicle on Gooseneck Road in the Town of Yorkshire, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash occurred at about 5:15 p.m. on August 21, 2026, on Gooseneck Road.

Sheriff Eric A. Butler reported that Allan W. Troidl, 36, of Tonawanda, was operating a motorcycle when it struck another vehicle traveling on the roadway.

Troidl was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Collision Investigation Unit is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.

No additional information about the crash was released by the Sheriff’s Office.
