(WNY News Now) – Three Jamestown residents were arrested after police executed a search warrant at an East Eighth Street apartment and allegedly found crack cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine.

The Jamestown Police Department reports that three people were charged following a narcotics investigation and search warrant at a lower apartment at 211 E. 8th St. in Jamestown.

Police said the department’s SWAT team executed the search warrant on Sept. 3 at about 10:15 p.m. Officers located Zulery M. Jimenez-Fuentes, 28, Jessica Hernandez, 43, and Marcelino Hernandez, 45, inside the apartment.

According to police, detectives found individually packaged quantities of crack cocaine floating in a bathroom toilet and additional quantities in the toilet trap. Investigators said the evidence indicated that an attempt had been made to destroy the drugs by flushing them.

Jimenez-Fuentes and Marcelino Hernandez were each charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Jessica Hernandez faces three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and a charge of Tampering with Physical Evidence. Police said she was also found with fentanyl and methamphetamine concealed inside her body cavity.

All three were being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

The Jamestown Police Department was assisted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team.

The charges are allegations, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
