(WNY News Now) – A 36-year-old Lockport man was arrested following a narcotics investigation and search warrant executed by the Niagara County Drug Task Force.

Brian M. Morrow, 36, of Lockport, was arrested September 7 on a charge of Criminal Possession of Cannabis in the First Degree, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.

The charge alleges Morrow possessed more than 10 pounds of cannabis.

The arrest followed an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, which executed a search warrant in the City of Lockport.

Morrow was taken to the Niagara County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment.

The charge is an allegation, and Morrow is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
