(WNY News Now) – A 38-year-old Jamestown woman was taken into custody following a reported domestic dispute and investigation into property damage on the city’s Eastside.
Jamestown Police arrested Mary E. Hetrick, 38, of Jamestown, after officers responded to a residence on the Eastside of the city late Monday night for a reported domestic dispute.
According to the Jamestown Police Department, Third Platoon officers were dispatched at approximately 11:38 p.m. on September 14, 2026.
Officers made contact with Hetrick and a reported victim at the residence. During the investigation, police determined that property belonging to the victim had been damaged.
Police said the damage exceeded $250, resulting in a felony charge of Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.
Hetrick was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
She was being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
The charge is an allegation, and the case will proceed through the court system.
