Arraignment Canceled For Ashville Man Charged In Stabbing

WARREN – The formal arraignment, originally scheduled for Thursday, was canceled for the Ashville man charged in connection with a stabbing that occurred in Sugar Grove in December.

According to court documents obtained by WNYNewsNow, Michael C. Shreve, 32, is now scheduled for a settlement conference in Warren County Court on Mar. 18 at 9 a.m. The documents also indicate that one of the simple assault charges was withdrawn.

In addition to attempted criminal homicide, Shreve remains charged with two counts of aggravated assault, flight to avoid apprehension, two counts of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, tampering/fabricating physical evidence and two counts of harassment.











A calendar call is also scheduled for Apr. 1 at 9 a.m.
