JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown woman was allegedly under the influence of methamphetamine while entering the public front lobby of the South County Office building at 110 E. 4th St. Tuesday evening, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

Tiffany M. Walsh, 27, of 17 Jeffords St., also allegedly possessed a quantity of methamphetamine.

Walsh was issued two appearance tickets for Jamestown City Court to answer charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and appearing in public under the influence of a narcotic. She was released without incident.
