SINCLAIRVILLE – A Sinclairville man was arrested Tuesday following a domestic dispute at a residence in the village.

New York State Police said Nathan Siracuse, 33, removed a guitar from the wall, allegedly breaking it intentionally. Siracuse also allegedly pushed the victim into the wall causing significant damage.

Troopers arrested Siracuse and charged him with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail pending arraignment.
