No New Court Date Scheduled For Woman Charged In Busti Man’s Death

LITTLE VALLEY – No new court date has been scheduled for the woman charged in the death of Busti man Wilfredo Colon-Rodriguez, Jr., according to a Cattaraugus County Court Clerk. 

Marylou Johnson, also of Busti, appeared in Cattaraugus County Court on Feb. 11 for a Huntley Hearing. The clerk previously told WNYNewsNow that once submissions are made and the judge issues a decision, a new court date will be scheduled.

Johnson is charged with second-degree manslaughter, a class C felony; as well as second-degree vehicular manslaughter, second-degree assault, driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting serious physical injury, all class D felonies.


Colon-Rodriguez, Jr.’s body was found in April on Swanson Hill Road in Randolph. Colon-Rodriguez, Jr. was previously reported missing to the Lakewood-Busti Police.
