WARREN – A preliminary hearing has been continued for one of the three men charged in connection with the Apr. 2017 drug fatality of Warren native Robert Marshall. 

Court documents obtained by WNYNewsNow Monday morning revealed that Douglas Harkins, 44, of Sugar Grove, will now have a preliminary hearing on May 1 in Warren Magisterial Court. A preliminary hearing was scheduled to take place on Mar. 27 after being continued once before.

Harkins is charged with drug delivery resulting in death, possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy-possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility and recklessly endangering another person.


Harkins is currently in Warren County Jail on $250,000 bail.

Michael Marshall, 33, of Warren, is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Mar. 27 after his hearing was continued previously. Marshall is charged with possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy possession with intent to deliver; tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marshall is currently in Warren County Jail on $100,000 bail.











Cody Streit, 27, of Clarendon, is scheduled for a formal arraignment on Mar. 21 in Warren County Court. Streit is charged with drug delivery resulting in death, possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy – possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility, and recklessly endangering another person.

Streit is currently in Warren County Jail on $100,000 bail.
