Jamestown Woman Charged As Fugitive From Justice

JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Police have charged a city woman with being a fugitive from justice and other charges following a traffic stop Monday on West Fourth Street near Cherry Street.

Jacqueline M. Delo, 34, was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony being a fugitive from justice and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Police said Delo gave them a false name following a routine vehicle stop. During the investigation, police found a quantity of methamphetamine with fentanyl and that Delo had a oustanding warrant from Erie, Pa. Police also said she was driving with a suspended driver’s permit. Delo was remanded to the Jamestown City Jail.
