JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man was arrested Monday morning after he allegedly menaced an individual with a knife at a Spring Street address, according to the Jamestown Police Department.

Hector Rivera-Perez, 41, is charged with second-degree menacing. Police report that they originally responded to the unidentified Spring Street address for a report of an assault.

Rivera-Perez was taken to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.
