ELLERY – A Town of Kiantone man is charged after the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said he smashed a front windshield of a pickup truck with a hammer early Saturday morning.
Mitch A. Costanzo, 25, is charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Deputies said Costanzo left the scene prior to their arrival.
Costanzo was later located by deputies in the Town of Carroll and taken into custody.
He was held at Chautauqua County Jail pending arraignment.
