FALCONER – A woman is facing charges after Ellicott Police said she took a Little Debbie snack and sharpie marker without paying for both at the Dollar General store in Falconer last month.
Theodore Francisco, no age given, was also allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine when police arrested her.
Ellicott Police said Francisco was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
She is expected to appear in the Town of Ellicott court at a later date.
