JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man has been arrested after Jamestown Police said he entered two homes and allegedly exposed his genitals to one resident during apparent burglaries shortly after 2 a.m., Friday on Wilson Place.

Police were responding to a Wilson Place home at 2 a.m. The resident said a man entered the home through a window and when confronted, fled the scene. At 2:14 a.m., police received a second complaint that a suspect entered a home and, when confronted, allegedly showed his genitals to the person.

Jeffrey L. Buchanan, 29, was taken into custody a short distance from the second home. He was charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree attempted burglary and public lewdness. Buchanan was jailed pending arraignment.
