PORTVILLE – A Town of Portville man was arrested last week after the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office alleged he neglected dogs at his Portville-Eldred Road property.
John J. Besok, 55, is charged with animal neglect, failure to provide substance and inappropriate shelter for dogs left outdoors.
Deputies said Besok was processed and released with an appearance ticket.
Besok is schedule to appear in the Town of Portville Court at a later date.
