Man Charged In Alleged Theft Of Battery Charger

ASHVILLE – A Bemus Point man is facing charges following the alleged theft of a battery charger in Ashville Thursday.

New York State Police charged Joshua Danielson, 37, with third-degree burglary.

Troopers said they responded to an Ashville residence where the complainant alleged that a battery charger was stolen from his barn earlier in the day.











Police said Danielson was identified as the suspect on the surveillance video and placed under arrest.

Danielson was processed at State Police Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
