FREDONIA – A Fredonia man is charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child following a lengthy investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Fredonia Police Department.
According to Fredonia Police, David M. Tobio, no age given, of 21 Carol Ave., was arrested after several items were allegedly seized from his address. Authorities said they executed a search warrant from U.S. Federal Court in Buffalo.
Tobio was held pending arraignment in the Village of Fredonia Justice Court.
