SINCLAIRVILLE – A Sinclairville resident was arrested Tuesday after they allegedly cut a person’s car tire with a machete to prevent him from driving away during a domestic incident, according to the New York State Police.
Nichole Olmstead, 36, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
Olmstead was processed and issued an appearance ticket, and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Charlotte Court next month.
