JAMESTOWN – A Downtown Jamestown pizza and wings restaurant says they are closing up shop.

Fresco Pizza and Wings, 2 E. 2nd St, posted on Facebook Tuesday that, on Saturday, July 13 at 10 p.m., the restaurant will be “closed for good.”

In the post, the restaurant thanked its loyal customers and asked them to stop in for one last meal before the closure.

Responding to shocked patrons, the restaurant in a comment said: “Our management team lives out of town and is pursuing other local opportunities.”

Fresco Pizza and Wings opened its East Second Street restaurant in January 2015. Before that, Roberto’s and the Fenton Grill occupied the storefront.

  1. That location has had a lot of turnover. I remember it as Chautauqua Music at one point too. So sad to hear another local business has closed down. Bye bye Fresco’s
