Man Charged After Allegedly Fleeing Police Following Fight

DUNKIRK – A Dunkirk man allegedly physically resisted arrest before fleeing police on foot Sunday after the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a large fight in the City of Dunkirk. 

Deputies said they originally found Olmaris Tirado, 28, allegedly fighting on Central Avenue.

Tirado was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.











He is set to appear in the City of Dunkirk Court at a later date.
