Jamestown Fire Crews Make Quick Work Of Buffalo Street Blaze

JAMESTOWN – Jamestown fire crews quickly extinguished a house fire at 366 Buffalo St. Saturday evening.

Chautauqua County Dispatch reports nine additional firefighters were called in.

It appears no one was hurt in the blaze, but most of the first and second floor suffered damage.

Residents say flames started on the second floor. It appears the fire spread throughout the rest of house.

The cause of the blaze was not known as of publish time.
