LITTLE VALLEY – A Town of Busti woman, who previously plead guilty to second-degree manslaughter in the death of Busti man Wilfredo Colon-Rodriguez, Jr., was sentenced Monday in Cattaraugus County Court to 2 to 6 years in state prison.

Marylou Johnson, as part of the deal, accepted a sentencing commitment of 2-to-6 years behind bars. Johnson gave up her right to appeal.

In April 2018, Colon-Rodriguez Jr. was reported missing by a neighbor who became concerned after not speaking with him for several days.
