Jamestown Felon Arrested After Police Find AR-15 Rifle In Possession

JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown man was arrested after Jamestown Police said they found an AR-15 Rifle in his possession on Wednesday.

53-year-old Barth Riley is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment following his arrest at a Lincoln Street address.

Officers said Riley, a convicted felon, was not allowed to be in possession of the weapon.











Riley allegedly threatened a family member at the location during a domestic dispute.

He was taken to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment in the case.
