Man Arrested After Police Allegedly Find Meth, Cocaine During Traffic Stop

ELLICOTT – A man was arrested after Town of Ellicott Police say they found methamphetamine and cocaine during a traffic stop overnight.

Andrew Holcomb, 26, is charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Police say Holcomb was pulled over just before 1 a.m. Thursday after officers allegedly observed him commit a traffic infraction on Hunt Road.











He was also allegedly found in possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Holcomb was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment in the case.
