WARREN – Slippery and snow-covered roads are to blame for a fatal crash in Warren County, Pennsylvania on Sunday.

Pennsylvania State Police say two people were killed and two others hurt after a semi and a SUV collided on State Route 6 in Mead Township just after 4:30 p.m.

Stephen Rothrauff, 39, and Jessica Camp, 32, were pronounced dead at the scene after their Chevrolet Trailblazer traveling east on the road lost control and slid into the path of an oncoming tractor trailer.

Warren County Coroner Melissa Zydonik told WNYNewsNow’s partner Erie News Now both were killed instantly by traumatic injuries.

A 15-year-old girl who was a rear seat passenger in the SUV was ejected and suffered serious injuries. Police say she was flown to UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh.

The tractor trailer’s driver Bryan Crabtree, 47, suffered a suspected minor injury.
