JAMESTOWN – City of Jamestown Police are investigating a drive-by shooting on the 100 block of Fulton Street Thursday night.

A shooting witness tells WNYNewsNow that multiple shots were fired at a house from a black SUV.

The woman, who asked to not be identified, said bullets riddled the first and second floor of her neighbor’s home.

“He drove by once and shot three times,” the woman said. “He then came through again, shot twice more and then a third time shooting three more.”

“Clearly, these people don’t care about the families and kids here,” she furthered. “My son’s bedroom is a front room.”

It doesn’t appear that anyone was hurt in the shooting and that a suspect is in custody.

The 100 block of Fulton Street sits between 6th and 8th Streets.
