
JAMESTOWN – This weekend will feature good mid-winter weather, quiet and warmer. High pressure will maintain its strength through the weekend with warmer temperatures.
Friday afternoon will have mainly sunny skies with highs in the lower-30’s.
With clear skies tonight, temperatures will drop down into the upper teens to lower-20’s across the area.
Both weekend days will feature plenty of sunshine and above average temperatures . Temperatures on Saturday will be near 40 and temperatures on Sunday will be in the mid-40’s.
Departing High pressure will spell an end to the quiet weather. It will become unsettled, with a chance of rain and snow showers for both Monday and Tuesday of early next week, depending on the track of two storm systems.
Keep in mind that lots of details still need to to be determined about these storms. Next week’s forecast is subject to change as we get the better quality data when we get closer.
