Both reportedly fled prior to police’s arrival although, deputies say, they were located a short distance away.

Scriven was processed and released with an appearance ticket for second-degree criminal trespass.

Smith was processed and released with an appearance ticket for second-degree burglary and petit larceny.

Both are scheduled to appear in Town of Charlotte Court at a later date.
