JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Police are asking for the public’s help following a believed arson fire overnight at Bergman Park.

Jamestown Police say between Sunday and Monday someone started a fire at the park batting cage.

The crews from the city park department reported the damage, which was still smoldering, this morning.

Investigators are now examining video from the park in attempt to identify suspects.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact Jamestown Police at (716) 483-TIPS (8477).
