Chautauqua County Fourth Of July Parade, Festivities Cancelled

MAYVILLE – The Chautauqua County Fourth of July Parade has been cancelled due to COVID-19 gathering restrictions.

Parade leadership made the announcement this week on social media.

In a post they said, “It is with heavy hearts that we have to cancel the July 4th parade and festivities at the park this year.”

The group is however hopeful to still have a fireworks display.

They said more information will be made public soon.

Earlier Wednesday officials announced the Jamestown Cruise-in was also cancelled because of COVID-19 concerns.
