The County Health Department says the new case involves a woman in her 20s.
There are now 13 active cases with 105 total after three patients recovered from COVID-19 yesterday.
Additionally, one person remains hospitalized with COVID-19 in the county.
Since the outbreak began six people have died from the virus in Chautauqua County.
