DALLAS – AT&T’s 5G network is now live for consumers in Chautauqua County.
The network says Chautauqua County is one of four regions in New York State to have the 5G launched Friday, with the others being Elmira, Jefferson County and Poughkeepsie.
The company says a total of 137 markets launched 5G today across the United States, with more than 160 million people now covered.
AT&T adds that it now offers access to 5G on its unlimited wireless plans for consumers and businesses in a total of 327 markets in the U.S.
“While many of us have been working from home for the past three months, AT&T’s network team continued to build and test our network so that we could emerge from this season with stronger, broader 5G coverage for our customers across the country,” said Chris Sambar, EVP of Technology Operations. “Whether it’s getting you back to work, back to school, or back to play, we’ve got you covered with the fastest wireless speeds in the nation.”
Additionally, AT&T says they offer access to their 5G+ network, enabling super-fast speeds and responsive connections in parts of 35 cities.
Funny my AT& T has been awful, my voicemails recently, Were 2 weeks getting to me after being sent. Text messages I never received, along with phone calls. I’d go to call and you couldn’t get through , overwhelming calls at that time. So what’s up with that. To pay for phone service every month
