78-Year-Old Missing Man With Dementia Located Safe

WEST ELLICOTT – A 78-year-old man with dementia has been found safe in the Town of Poland.

Town of Ellicott Police say Ralph Heeter first went missing early Friday morning from his West Ellicott home.

Heeter was believed to be driving his Chevy Impala and reportedly took the family dog with him.











Police say both Heeter and the dog were located safe later in the morning.

WEST ELLICOTT – Police in the Town of Ellicott are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 78-year-old suffering from Dementia.

In a post on social media Friday morning, Ellicott Police say Ralph Heeter is missing from his West Ellicott home.

Heeter is a white man, 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 220 pounds.

Police believe that Heeter left his house in a 2012 Black Chevy Impala. The man should also be with the family dog.
