Nearly One Year Later, Reward Offered For Info In Cherry Creek Shooting

CHERRY CREEK – A reward is now offered for information leading to an arrest in connection with a shooting in Cherry Creek last year.

New York State Police say 53-year-old Nelson Noble was shot multiple times at his family farm on Route 83 on October 1, 2019.

Now, nearly a year later, Crime Stoppers Western New York is offering up to $2,500 for information that leads to the arrest or indictment of the person(s) responsible for shooting the family farmer.

Noble was transported by Mercy Flight to Erie County Medical Center in guarded condition.

Pine Valley Central School was also closed the day of the shooting for precautionary measures due.
