
FALCONER – A 25-year-old Allegany County woman is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs after allegedly driving under the influence of methamphetamine.
New York State Police say Ember Frink, 25, of Fillmore, was pulled over on Route 394 in Falconer for a traffic violation on Wednesday.
Troopers say after failing several standardized field sobriety tests, Frink was placed under arrest and taken to the state police barracks in Jamestown.
Police say Frink was evaluated by a drug recognition expert and determined to be under the influence of methamphetamine.
Frink is charged with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs after her DMV record revealed a pervious DWI conviction in the last 10 years.
Police say Frink was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to report to the Town of Poland Court next month.
