Randolph Man Charged With Hitting Victim During Domestic Incident

RANDOLPH — New York State Police have charged a Randolph man after he allegedly struck a person in the face, causing injury, during a domestic incident.

Matthew Taylor, 36, was charged with third-degree assault Thursday.

Troopers said Taylor struck the victim during an argument, resulting in a facial injury which was treated at a hospital.











Taylor was charged, processed and released. An order of protection was also issued.
