PORTLAND – Officials are investigating a house fire that occurred at 8206 Campbell Rd. Thursday morning.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says the lone occupant, Timothy Coughlin, 53, escaped but sustained burns to his hands and arms.
Deputies say Coughlin was taken to Westfield Memorial and later ECMC for treatment.
The house was reportedly a total loss.
