JAMESTOWN – Traffic crews in the City of Jamestown ‘unofficially’ renamed two city streets Friday in an effort to cheer on the Buffalo Bills ahead of the AFC championship game this weekend.

The City of Jamestown announced the road signage change in a post on social media Friday.

The intersection of Allen and Buffalo Streets is now marked as “Josh” Allen Street and “Let’s Go” Buffalo Street.

The Buffalo Bills are making their first championship game appearance since a 30-13 home win over the Kansas City Chiefs in 1994. They then followed it with their fourth straight Super Bowl loss.

The team will be taking on the Chiefs for the title again on Saturday, only this time in Kansas City.

Kickoff is set for Sunday at 6:40 p.m. on CBS.
