31-Year-Old Jailed In Connection With Dunkirk Stabbing

DUNKIRK – A 31-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing in the City of Dunkirk last month.

Dunkirk Police say Jose Rivera-Perez was arrested and taken into custody in Erie Pennsylvania Thursday on a felony warrant in connection with the March 11 stabbing.

He is charged with felony first-degree assault in the case.


Police say Rivera-Perez was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail with bail set at $150,000 cash, $300,000 bond.
