POMFRET – A 30-year-old Dunkirk woman is accused of identity theft.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office alleges Kimberly Ryczko stole a debit and credit card from a house where she was working in February.

The woman, deputies say, used the cards throughout the county, racking up a bill over $500.

She was charged this month following an investigation by the department’s criminal investigations division and road patrol.

Ryczko was arrested on a separate warrant and then charged with second-degree identity theft and two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny in the case.

Deputies say she was arraigned on both the warrant and mew charges before being released.
