STOCKTON – A 36-year-old Chautauqua County man arrested after allegedly throwing a rock at a residence in Stockton and then fleeing Sheriff’s Deputies on a tractor.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies responded to an address on Route 380 in the Town of Stockton for a report of a disorderly subject on Monday evening.

Through investigation it is alleged that Justin Horton allegedly threw a rock at a residence and broke a window.

While investigating, deputies say Horton attempted to flee on a tractor before he was taken into custody.

Horton was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
