Three Hurt In Cattaraugus County Amish Buggy Crash

LEON – Three people were hurt during an Amish Buggy crash in Cattaraugus County.

The County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened on Saturday morning around 8:30 a.m. on New Albion Road in the Town of Leon.

Five people, deputies report, were inside of the buggy at the time of the crash. Three were taken via Ambulance to UPMC Chautauqua Hospital in Jamestown for treatment. The two others were uninjured.


Deputies say those in the car the struck the buggy were not hurt either.
