DUNKIRK – A 45-year-old Dunkirk man is accused of stealing a rental car.

New York State Police arrested Julio Morales for third-degree Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle on Tuesday.

The Troopers received a complaint from Enterprise Rent A Car, claiming that Morales was supposed to return a 2020 Nissan Altima back on February 7.

He, police report, was later located with the vehicle by Dunkirk Police Officers.

Morales was placed under arrest, processed at the State Police Barracks in Fredonia and released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the town of Dunkirk Court next month.
