WARREN, Pa. (Erie News Now) – Crews have blocked off a portion of Pennsylvania Avenue in Warren after a lightning strike caused pieces of a building to fall onto cars in the street. A piece of debris punctured the roof of a van. Power was lost for approximately 20 minutes after the incident occurred.
