NEW YORK (WENY) – NYSERDA has officially launched the New York energy advisor website.
NYSERDA says the site will help low to moderate income households in New York access clean energy programs and energy assistance. They also say it will support the state’s energy and climate goals under the Climate act.
It includes delivering at least 35% of the benefits with a goal of 40% from clean energy investments to disadvantaged communities.
NYSERDA and New York State utilities, including Central Hudson Gas and Electric, Consolidated Edison (Con Edison), National Fuel Gas, National Grid, New York State Electric and Gas Orange and Rockland, PSEG Long Island, and Rochester Gas and Electric to better serve low-to-moderate income consumers across New York State.
