Baby Ducklings Rescued By State Police On Interstate-86 Near Jamestown

JAMESTOWN – A group of ducklings were rescued by State Police on Interstate-86 near Jamestown.

New York State Police announced the news in a post on their Facebook page on Sunday.


Troopers based out of the Jamestown barracks rounded up the baby ducks on Interstate-86.

The duckling’s mother, troopers said, was hit by car leaving the babies stranded.

Thanks to the trooper’s rescue, the ducklings were turned over to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to be rehabilitated.
