Dunkirk Woman Arrested, Faces Felony Charges In Assault Of Child

MAYVILLE, NY (WNY News Now) — A City of Dunkirk woman has been arrested and faces felony charges after allegedly causing serious injury to a child. 

The Chautauqua County District Attorney’s Office announced the arrest of 34-year-old Titiana Berrios on Thursday.











While details of the incident were withheld, prosecutors charged Berrios with multiple counts of felony assault and endangering the welfare of a child. 

The alleged crime took place sometime in April 2021, however following an investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Berrios was located and taken into custody this week. 

After arraignment, she was held in the Chautauqua County Jail on $750,000 cash or $1.5 million property bond.
