ELLICOTT, NY (WNY News Now) – Ellicott Police responded to a reported overdose last Saturday.
Officers found that Nancy Carlson, allegedly overdosed on drugs and was the only adult present while babysitting three young children on Curtis Street Extension.
Carlson was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and is scheduled to appear before the Town of Ellicott court at a later date.
