Jamestown, NY (WNY News Now) – Nicole C. Grimm, a 26-year-old resident of Jamestown, has been charged with violation of her Florida terms of probation and being a fugitive from justice.

The incident took place on July 25, 2023, at 7:15 AM when Jamestown officers executed a warrant check on the eastside of the city in response to a request for assistance from the State of Florida.

Florida authorities had confirmed the existence of a Probation Warrant for Grimm and had sought her extradition.
